CANCELLATION POLICY

No extra guests are allowed at your appointment. No exceptions. Please come alone unless prior approval is given for a minor or special circumstance. Wash and blow-dry is included in your service pricing, but it must be added to your appointment as an add-on if you need it. This allows me to schedule the proper amount of time for your service. If it is not added, please arrive washed, fully blow-dried, and ready for your appointment Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 10 hours in advance to avoid fees. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. • Deposits are non-refundable. One courtesy transfer is allowed if rescheduled 10+ hours in advance. • Booking an appointment confirms agreement to all policies.
